1. [About price] Due to different specifications of raw materials, the actual price is subject to the customer service quotation

2. [About the surface] The products sold in this shop are all industrial raw materials, not products after finishing, and there are errors in size. After cutting, there will be 100% scratches after handling, if you have high requirements for size and surface, please confirm with customer service after purchase.
    

3. [About size] All our raw materials have a default margin of +1-3mm. If precision cutting is required, the tolerance can be controlled within 0.02mm-0.05mm. If the length tolerance is high, please explain to customer service.

4. [About transportation] Express small goods, such as ZTO, Shentong, YTO, etc., expedited SF Express collect; Large goods can be sent logistics, such as Zhongtong, Deppon, Best logistics, etc.; When receiving the goods, please open it when the Courier faces, so as to avoid damage to the express during transportation.

5. [About return] If the goods you receive have quality problems (such as cracks, sand holes, bubbles, etc.), if the size is not consistent with the order, please put forward to the customer service in the form of photos, to be returned or replaced, the seller bears the freight, if there is no quality problem, we will not return or replace.
